Summer of 2026: New Banners Now Ready

Lake Cushman Firewise is pleased to introduce our new Burn Ban banners.

With valuable input from Hoodsport Fire & EMS (thank you, Chief Mike Sexton and Capt. Ray Menard), we designed these banners to be quickly and easily overlaid on our permanent sign along Highway 119.

One banner clearly indicates a partial burn ban, and the other signals a full burn ban. Our goal is to keep both residents and visitors well-informed of current fire restrictions.
